Sales Completed at Award-Winning Williamsburg Condominium
BROOKLYN, NY - Steiner NYC, developer of Williamsburg's 80 Metropolitan, is pleased to announce that all of the condominium's 123 units, including nine townhouses, have sold. Sales will continue at sister building, 58 Metropolitan, which is now 95% sold.
"We're very happy with what we have accomplished at 80 Metropolitan," said Doug C. Steiner, Chairman of Steiner NYC. "We successfully created a beautifully designed building with spectacular views, incredible amenities, and expansive homes, built with same star-quality craftsmanship that we perfected at Steiner Studios. We're thrilled with the great response to our work, and to have completed such a strong sell-out of the building. Congratulations as well to the sales team at Halstead Property Development Marketing on a fantastic job."
"Steiner NYC delivered an extremely high-quality product that fits in very contextually to the neighborhood, and offers the best of luxury and modern living, said Jay Overbye, Executive Vice President at Halstead and Director of Sales at 80 Metropolitan. "We knew when we started sales at 80 Metropolitan that there would be a tremendous demand for the building's gorgeous lofts and unique townhomes, and we were right. We've also achieved a very strong sales momentum next door at 58 Metropolitan, with only two units remaining on the market. We look forward to selling out that project as well."
Located just next door, 58 Metropolitan shares the same amenity package with 80 Metropolitan. Amenities include an indoor, windowed swimming pool, fully-equipped fitness center, and yoga room, as well as a beautifully landscaped Zen garden, and a media lounge with kitchenette. Residents also have the option to purchase a private rooftop cabana-offering stunning city and river vistas.
All of 58 Metropolitan's studio and one-bedroom homes are sold-out. Only a two bedroom and a three-bedroom penthouse unit remain, with pricing starting at $989,000.
