NEW YORK, NY – Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced the promotion of Hunter Carson Frick to Director of Marketing.
Frick previously served as Marketing Manager, a post he has held since 2006 when he joined Halstead. Over the course of Frick’s tenure with Halstead, he has worked with the team to direct successful marketing campaigns for more than 50 developments, totaling over 3,000 residential units throughout New York City. He has worked on a variety of projects from boutique developments to landmark residential towers, and with numerous developers including BFC Partners, Toll Brothers, Ekstein Development, and Steiner NYC.
“Hunter’s dynamic marketing skills and insight have positioned him as a standout branding leader in the New York real estate market,” said Stephen G. Kliegerman, president of Halstead Property Development Marketing. “His style is to rethink the market from the ground up and with a matchless creative team behind him; we expect great things in the future.”
Recent standout projects include: Toren, the award-winning, modern residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn, for which Frick has led the marketing since the project’s inception; and Kirkman Lofts, a historic turn-of-the-century soap factory in DUMBO, which he was a key player in bringing to the forefront of the design-focused New York market.
Frick’s influence is also illustrated by the national media partnerships he has coordinated, including New York City’s first-ever ELLE DECOR Modern Concept Life Concept House, a designer showcase which took place in May 2011 and drew more than 5,000 people through the doors of +aRt (540 West 28th Street), a new development represented by Halstead Property Development Marketing.
“Each property has a personality of its own,” said Frick. “I see it as my job to use my experience and intuition to match consumer expectations with the market. I’m looking forward to creating new and exciting opportunities for both Halstead Property Development Marketing and our clients.”
Frick remains focused on creating successful relationships between developers, graphic designers, architects, interior designers, and public relations firms while combining competitive research and buyer analysis to create astutely positioned marketing campaigns.
A native of Louisville, KY and a graduate of George Washington University, Frick launched his marketing career in Washington, D.C. working with regional and national homebuilders.
