A graduate of The George Washington University and a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1989, Stephen previously owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, management and consulting firm, Herbert H. Kliegerman Associates, Inc. In 1998, the firm, which specialized in the management, sale and leasing of Coops, Condos, and Lofts in Downtown Manhattan, merged with Halstead Property and Stephen was appointed Executive Director of Downtown Sales.
Over the past 20 years, Stephen has established himself as a leader in the brokerage community through his efforts in the Downtown Brokers Association of which he served a five year term as its President. Stephen is also a highly active member and leader of The Real Estate Board of New York for which he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Interfirm Forum and has also served three terms on the Residential Ethics Committees (twice as Chairman) and four terms as Chairman of the Downtown Committee. Additionally, Stephen was among the catalysts for the renowned industry RLS and 72 hour co-broke rule which helped to revolutionize the way brokerage firms cooperate throughout the city.

May Company, where she held multiple executive positions, ultimately becoming President. Hunter Frick’s dynamic, innovative marketing strategies have quickly made him a standout branding executive in the New York real estate market. Under his watch, creativity is paramount and he has directed successful marketing campaigns for more than 50 residential developments in New York City spanning BFC Partners, Toll Brothers, Ekstein Development and Steiner NYC. Frick enjoys cultivating the personality of each property, from boutique developments to some of the city’s largest. For each, he puts his intuition to work, matching design and market to consumer expectation.
Originally from Louisville, KY, Frick’s Southern charm goes a long way in creating successful relationships between developers, graphic designers, interior designers, and public relations firms. Layered under his homegrown bourbon-and-pony roots is steely execution, from competitive research and buyer analysis to astutely positioned marketing campaigns. Frick continues to raise the bar in his field. He organized the first ever Elle Décor Showhouse in NYC at +Art, which brought over 5,000 people through the property’s doors and received national exposure.
A graduate of the George Washington University, Frick launched his marketing career in Washington, DC working with regional and national homebuilders. Frick currently resides in Brooklyn and can be found most mornings under a pile of design magazines.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Bill Ross brings an incredible depth of knowledge to his position as a Director of Development Marketing for Halstead Property. A talented negotiator, he has brokered deals in both the residential and commercial arenas. In addition, Bill has sold development sites, development rights, multi-family buildings, and other investment properties throughout New York City.
Bill's experience and knowledge of New York City's zoning laws make him especially suited to the Development Marketing Division. These skills, combined with his unique ability to work with architects on floor plans and layouts, make him an essential element in the success of any project. As a result of his intricate knowledge of the 421(a) law, he has advised many developers and Bill has also assisted REBNY with the legislation.

Robin Schneiderman the Director of New Business Development for Halstead Property Development Marketing. Robin brings a wealth of product knowledge and sales experience to assist clients in maximizing the potential for their new development . For the past eight years Robin was a top five agent at one of the largest New York Real Estate brokerage firms. He prides himself in knowing each New York neighborhood like the back of his hand and knowing what buyers are looking for in all areas of product development, including unit layout, finishes and building amenities. As a result, Robin decided to parlay his deep knowledge and help New York City developers in all stages of the development process. After eleven successful years as an agent with Halstead Property, Gene was promoted to Director of Sales, Metro New Jersey for Halstead's new office in Hoboken. With extensive experience and dedication along with a keen knowledge of the New Jersey market, Gene is responsible for the strategic growth, direction and hands on management of Halstead's first, signature storefront office in Metro New Jersey. In addition, he is currently and will continue to spearhead the sales and marketing efforts for new developments in the area. He successfully handled the sales and marketing for the "A Condos," Halstead's first high-rise condo development project in Jersey City, which we are proud to announce is nearly sold out.
As Managing Director for Halstead Property Development Marketing, Jeff Krantz works closely with developers to conceptualize and implement effective strategies for sales and rental developments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Blending bottomless creativity with a grounded analytical approach, Jeff guides clients through acquisition, pre-development planning, team assembly, pricing, absorption and ultimately directs the sales process.

Jeff is married to Kristin Krantz, an onsite sales manager with over $400M in sales, and the other half of the Krantz+Krantz real estate team. Together they are raising their 2-year old daughter Mia to be the next legend in NYC real estate sales. Jeff is a fanatical Arsenal FC fan and enjoys composing music on his Martin guitar.
