As Managing Director of Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM), Brendan oversees the development process from inception to completion. He is consistently ahead of the curve on market trends and sought out for maximizing value in all areas of new development. Brendan has successfully worked on over 200 projects throughout the New York metropolitan area, encompassing over 2,200 units with a gross valuation of roughly $2 billion. He leverages this unrivaled understanding of the new development market to advise the Aguayo team and help them provide top notch service and marketing to all their clients.
Kate Akerly is a highly experienced broker in the New York City market and brings a vast level of knowledge and experience to every project and listing she is engaged in. Kate has handled hundreds of real estate transactions, has been featured on NBC’s Open House New York, and has had her projects and listings featured in the New York Times, The NY Post, The Observer, The Real Deal, and Real Estate Weekly. During her free time she enjoys travel, good wine, great food, and friends. She has and advanced certification in scuba diving and is an avid skier.
Award-winning agent, Tamara Abir, leverages both her extensive knowledge of Brooklyn and deep understanding of real estate transactions, to help clients anticipate and avoid potential pitfalls and bring deals to fruition successfully. Her dedication, enthusiasm and market savvy give her clients a distinct advantage as they navigate this complex marketplace. Noah Plener brings a unique skill set to the Aguayo team. With a background in both economics and advertising, Noah knows how to position a property for success. Noah often works in tandem with his sister, Tamara. A native of Toronto, Canada, Noah lives with his wife and three daughters on the Upper West Side.
