Equally creative and business-minded, Alison Belknap began her professional career in equity research on Wall Street before moving into fashion advertising as a producer and set designer. As a real estate agent, she provides clients with well-rounded expertise as she guides them in their search for a home.
A branding expert, Alison knows how to use inventive strategies to market a home. She also draws from her set design background—having worked with photographers such as Annie Leibovitz and Peter Lindbergh—to envision the potential of a space and assist buyers and sellers with staging and décor.
Having founded two businesses prior to joining the real estate world, Alison understands the importance of client service, making herself always available with timely information and thoughtful guidance. By asking the right questions to ascertain her clients’ goals and needs, Alison provides the highest level of personalized service. She is well-versed on local markets and understands the nuances of Greenwich real estate, which serves as an asset to her clients.
Alison is a board member of Wild Philanthropy, a UK-based nonprofit protecting at-risk ecosystems in Africa, and is a U.S. agent for Journeys by Design, a specialist safari company. She is a parent volunteer at Brunswick School and holds an AB in English and American Literature from Harvard College. Alison lives in Old Greenwich with her family, which includes cats and two corgis.
