She meticulously pre-screens buyers well before contract signing and is detailed about the cooperative board package preparation, condominium and townhouse sale requirements. Amelia was born on the Upper West Side and has lived there most of her life. She has sold in excess of half a Billion dollars worth of residential property. Amelia's background in music, art and advertising has served her well in marketing exclusives.
