Ashley Clark has a well-rounded background working in a wide array of aspects; her extensive experience working with high-net worth individuals over the last decade, which includes commercial and residential real estate, finance, private jet design, high-end residential design and property management, have allowed her to serve her clients in all sides of any transaction. Her love of real estate stems from her childhood. Having moved around frequently at a young age, house hunting with her family became the norm and helped to cultivate her passion for interior design. Her most recent experience was managing the marketing department for a 1,000+ luxury rental unit portfolio in New York City with rents up to $25,000 a month. Ashley has exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and a passion for building relationships. Now having been in the industry since 2009, she utilizes those skills to not only create relationships, but maintain long-lasting ones as well. She specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn and also oversees a large exclusive rental portfolio for the Harkov Lewis Team.

Ashley works alongside Ari Harkov, Warner Lewis, Ann Yanovsky, Brent Heine, Marc Schaeffer, Kerrie Lynch, Michael Barbour, and Sarah Wasserman forming The Harkov Lewis Team at Halstead Property, one of the top-producing teams at the firm and in the industry. Ranked in the 150 top teams in the nation by Real Trends /Wall Street Journal, the Harkov Lewis Team specializes in luxury residential sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The team has represented a wide array of clientele in the sale and purchase of their homes, as well as in the leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, including numerous professional athletes, celebrities, and business executives, as well as first-time homebuyers. The team’s extensive experience, skill set, structured and business-minded approach, and market knowledge all come together to deliver exceptional service and results that consistently exceed client expectations.

Ashley’s career path mirrors her personal background as well. She was born in Texas and has lived in Canada, Manhattan Beach, California, Greenwich, CT and now makes her home in Williamsburg with her French Bulldog, Mulberry. She went to Union College where she got a degree in Philosophy and also played varsity volleyball all four years and was named co-captain her senior year. She is a philanthropist at heart and is actively involved with her alumni relations and several charities including iMentor, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Labs4Rescue. When in season, you will find Ashley at a New York Ranger’s hockey game or in the sand courts playing beach volleyball.
