Caroline grew up in Princeton, New Jersey before her family moved to Rowayton in 2007. She loved the town immediately and would visit frequently throughout her boarding school years (at The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT), during college, and when living in Manhattan. Having always admired Rowayton, she and her husband signed a contract on their home in the Beach Association this winter and moved from New York in early May!
After graduating from Miami University (Oxford, OH) with a Degree in Art and Architectural History and a Minor in Photography, Caroline moved to Manhattan in 2013 and joined Brown Harris Stevens shortly thereafter. Her focus was on Upper East Side residential sales, but as her client base grew, she worked Downtown as well. Caroline loved her time in New York and will continue to do some business there. She is thrilled to be in the suburbs, though, and to start this new chapter of her career in Connecticut. She has heard such wonderful things about Halstead and is excited to get to know the Connecticut agents.
Caroline has always loved real estate and design. She likes to see how people live and is always thinking creatively about how to reimagine an existing space for her clients. She enjoyed taking some courses at The New York School of Interior Design after College.
Caroline and her husband, John, just picked up their Australian Shepherd puppy, Arthur, and they can’t wait to show him around his new town! You can find Caroline out for walks, on the tennis court, or paddle court in the winter, and relaxing with her little family by the water!
