Before becoming a Realtor, Carol had a successful career as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), a public accounting firm, and Scott Paper Company in Philadelphia, Pa. where she honed her attention to detail as well as her organizational and teamwork skills. Carol met her husband, John, at PriceWaterHouseCoopers and they were married in 1988. Shortly after the birth of her second child, Carol left the workforce to focus on her growing family.
In 2000, after the birth of two more children, a job opportunity brought her young family to the North Jersey area. After an extensive search, Carol felt fortunate to have found a home in the town of Glen Ridge with its picturesque, tree-lined streets and well-regarded school system. Carol became active in the Women’s Club of Glen Ridge and also served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Home and School Associations in Glen Ridge’s Forest and Ridgewood Avenue Schools.
After her three sons graduated from the Glen Ridge school system and with her daughter currently a sophomore at Mount Saint Dominic Academy in Caldwell, NJ, Carol decided to embark on a second career in real estate. Carol’s warm, outgoing personality, her knowledge of the local community, and her innate financial sense, developed through her years working as a CPA, are genuine assets in the real estate business.
Carol and her business partner, Teri Karole, have been friends and neighbors for over 15 years and balance out each other’s skills and insights. Between the two of them, they have raised six children who were educated in three different school systems, both public and private. They bring this particular knowledge to their clients, as well as a broad understanding of Glen Ridge and the surrounding suburban Essex County towns. They both look forward to assisting home buyers and sellers in making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
