Having lived and worked in Fairfield County since 2001, Cheryl McCormick loves being a realtor and it shows, as does she appreciate the many different communities and cultures the area has to offer. She brings an extensive Wall Street background to the table and understands the complex financial markets that we live in today, affording her client base a wealth of in-depth market expertise. Cheryl’s husband is an accomplished contractor/builder in Fairfield County, having built over 50 commercial and residential properties. This means Cheryl has an edge on the building process and access to building departments for insight on codes and standards.

Cheryl partnered with Second Chance Furniture in Stamford, which up-cycles used furniture and contributes a portion of proceeds to Mikey’s Way Foundation for helping kids cope with cancer. When Cheryl is not working with clients, she enjoys an active lifestyle of going to the beach, hiking with her dogs and working out at her local CrossFit gym.

Fairfield County offers the best of all worlds; allow Cheryl to introduce you to some of them.

“Cheryl was amazing! She was a great resource of knowledge and made our house selling process as painless as possible. Cheryl worked tirelessly to market our home and once we had an offer, she was diligent in resolving any potential issues that could have impacted the sale. I would highly recommend using her to sell your home.” Melissa F.
