Coley Howard joins Halstead Property after nearly 20 years in advertising and marketing. Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, he attended Eugene Lang College at The New School where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in creative writing. From there he spent the next decade in California working in advertising during the Dot-Com Boom. For years he worked on major market and luxury brands creating content for everything from online ads to Super Bowl commercials.
Fortunately, his professional life returned him home to the New York/New Jersey area where he continued to work in commercial, television and film production. After years of working to promote various brands Coley, followed his entrepreneurial spirit and co-founded an All-Natural dog food company. "I went from industry events at the MOMA to negotiating price points on bulk organic beef in the middle of a cow field."
Through it all he has remained a true believer that communication is the foundation of marketing. Listening to his clients needs and then delivering solutions is what brings him his greatest satisfaction. Coley has an extensive knowledge of Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Union Counties. Bringing his lifelong appreciation of architecture and design to Halstead, he can once again market something he loves. His reputation for professionalism along with his tremendous desire to please his clients has marked him as one of Halstead Property’s most promising salespeople.
