Dale Fior is an alumni of Ohio State University where he received degrees in both Education and Behavioral Sciences. He has a diverse background that spans the arts, and both the public and private sectors. In his youth, Dale was formerly with American Ballet Theatre, and is a lifetime member of the Actors Studio in New York and Los Angeles. He worked on Wall Street marketing securities, and in executive search. Dale later fell back on his education background and worked in New Jersey's public schools for a decade teaching literacy skills through the arts and multiple intelligence pedagogies to at-risk students in urban neighborhoods. He has a sound knowledge of schools and educational programs in Hudson County, and is today a strong supporter of public education and advocates for causes that benefit students in New Jersey's toughest neighborhoods.
Always having an avocational interest in real estate and home design, Dale became a professional realtor in 2006 while he was still teaching. In 2007, his first year of full-time real estate, Dale placed in Hudson County's top 1% of all licensed realtors for closed sale transactions, and has done so ever since. In one of the most difficult housing markets in the U.S in decades, Dale got started and excelled to become one of Hudson County's top producing agents.
Dale's success in the real estate industry has been built upon honesty and integrity, solid business practices, excellent marketing skills, and a firm commitment to the fiduciary responsibility he has to each and every client. With buyers, Dale is very aware of the personal nature of buying a home and listens to the concerns of his buyers, and then focuses on their needs, requirements, and desires in a way that furthers their lifestyle objectives. As a seller's agent, Dale's work begins long before listing a home for sale. He understands that the time taken to properly ready a property for today's marketplace is a great benefit for his homeowner clients. He gives sellers an honest and accurate framework to assess their property's value in any given market, and designs a personalized marketing strategy that fits the property, maximizes results, and targets the appropriate buyer demographic with marketing. One of Dale's most important skills is his conscientiousness to detail and his ability to bring even the most complicated deals to closure.
Dale loves music, theatre, and all of the performing and visual arts. He is a huge David Bowie fan. He believes that artistic expression is one of mankind's greatest gifts and a beautiful reflection of the human experience. A lover of nature, he is a strong supporter of the environment and the protection and well-being of all animals. He believes it is man's responsibility to take care of those who are not able to advocate on behalf of themselves.
