After studying at Montclair State University and New Jersey City University, David’s interest in real estate grew after he and his wife purchased their first home. David would find himself stopping into open houses because they were open. As he tells it, “I looked at every home on a street like a book on a shelf… I could see the cover, but didn't know what was going on inside so I was curious to see what that person or family that lived there was doing with their space – how they were making that house their home.”
He further explains that the beauty of real estate is that every home is different and everyone has their own way of making their home their own. That intrigued him so in 2003, David turned his passion into a profession, and has been helping people find their homes ever since.
David works with every need, assisting first-time home buyers as well as investors, soon-to-be empty nesters to people relocating to NJ. In his words, “for most, the buying or selling of a home can be the largest transaction of their life, and I am humbled by my client's trust in me to make their dream a reality. I pride myself on giving them guidance from negotiating the initial offer to sitting at the closing table and I welcome the challenges and complexities of each sale.”
