Deborah Zavon has been working in Real Estate in New York City since the 1990s. She specializes in residential and professional office; sales and rentals. Her business includes co-ops, condos and townhouses. She sells small buildings and leases retail space.

Deborah Zavon has lived in Carnegie Hill since 1978. Her familiarity with the area has been enhanced by her involvement with the local schools her children attended and performing as a member of her cooperative board. Also, she has been an active participant in the Carnegie Hill Neighbors Association, particularly the zoning committee, working to maintain the special status, thus protecting the charm and character of the area. Deborah brings with her the business and marketing skills gained over several years of conducting her own business producing two and three dimensional illustrations, children’s books, jingles and inventions such as the Toddler Platform. She has been included in Halstead’s "Private Brokerage Council" for her achievements. She has been awarded inclusion in the Sapphire Club for individual transactions over $3,000,000 for 2015.
