With familial roots in Brooklyn from Greenpoint to Crown Heights and beyond, Erica Liss comes to the table knowing and loving the neighborhoods in which she rents and sells. She grew up in Manhattan and Boston and made the move back east to Brooklyn several years ago after a long hiatus in the Bay Area. She is a Brooklyn expert who knows the local market and its neighborhoods – which are on the rise, and which are stagnant – along with the plusses and the minuses of each.

Her background as a working rock musician and tour booker has imbued her with a flair for problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
