Evgheni Petis was first introduced to the real estate industry as a result of a familial business proposal to buy, renovate, and sell residential properties in his hometown. As a buyer, he experienced the pressures and difficulties of house hunting, purchasing property, organizing and managing residential renovations. Advertising and negotiating contracts for homes presented new challenges.

Success followed Evgheni throughout his professional career as a salesperson. While earning his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, he worked in the sales department for an authorized distributor of Pepsi products. He quickly outperformed his peers, breaking the company’s sales record within his first five months of employment. Soon after moving to New York, Evgheni obtained his real estate license. By the end of his first year as a practicing real estate salesperson, he was grossing among the top producers.

Evgheni resides on the Upper West Side. Nutrition, soccer, and off-road cycling are a few of Evgheni’s hobbies and interests, along with learning about New York’s architectural history. He is fluent in Russian and English. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
