Born in Romania and raised in Venezuela, Fred earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University. Following his time at LSU, he returned to South America where he managed a chain of luxury clothing stores. He was also a founder and distributor of the Chemise Lacoste brands in Venezuela.
Fred and his wife have lived happily in Manhattan’s City Spire building for the past 15 years. Together they have three beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. Fred continues to be involved in several Venezuelan and American non-profit organizations and he is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the American Jewish Committee.”
