A native of Minnesota, Gino Valentini moved to New York City to pursue a career in real estate. Digging right into the experience, he strategically lives in the heart of New York City’s Penn Station neighborhood, from where he is constantly on the lookout for the best apartments, condos, and co-ops for his clients. Gino’s exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to understand his clients’ wants, needs, and desires—whether helping find a new home or rent or sell an existing home—is what makes him such a great agent to work with.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Salesperson, Gino was a Sales and Marketing Director with a cutting-edge real estate development and management firm that builds and operates some of the world’s foremost senior living environments specifically for individuals with memory loss and dementia. At the time, Gino was the youngest person in his role statewide. While in this position, Gino successfully and gently navigated each client through the difficult and emotional process of finding a living environment for some of the most at-risk individuals, often going above and beyond in ensuring his clients and their families felt confident in their decision of finding the perfect home.
Gino understands that whether buying, renting, or selling, it can sometimes be a stressful process. With his expertise, clients can rest easy knowing they have an agent who is always looking out for their best interest and advocating on their behalf to ensure they get the absolute best deal possible.
Gino is a graduate of Montana State University and has a degree in International Relations.
