Ari holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University, a BA with honors from Vassar College, and is a part-owner in a bar/restaurant in Brooklyn.
Warner has received numerous awards and recognition for his achievements throughout his career in real estate and has become a fixture in Halstead Property’s prestigious Gold Circle and Producer’s Councils. A native of New York City, Warner is intimately familiar with the intricacies of the Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate landscape and brings extensive expertise, customer service, and market knowledge to his clientele. His business is based almost exclusively on referrals. Warner is also a part-owner/investor in two bars in the East Village and a bar/restaurant in Brooklyn.
Porter Hovey is a buyer specialist with the Harkov Lewis team. She brings a deep love of interior design and an understanding of the link between an individual’s home and their personal identity to her work with all of her real estate clients. Porter has an extensive background in interior design and photography and her work has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Elle Decoration UK, Inside Out Australia, The New York Daily News, Interview, Art in America, and more.
Buyer specialist Ashley Clark’s love of real estate stems from her childhood. She has extensive experience working with high-net worth individuals and previously managed a 1,000+ luxury rental unit portfolio in New York City. Ashley has exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and a passion for building relationships.
Brent Heine is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with over 12 years experience in the real estate industry. As an experienced Listing Partner and Buyer Specialist, Brent understands every client has different needs and desires. His goal is to assist every customer in finding their perfect home in the city and every seller in optimizing their sales price through a smooth and seamless process. As a native New Yorker and a master’s graduate of New York University, Danielle Middleton has a passion for the city instilled in her by her father, a dedicated NYPD detective who served for over 30 years.
