As an uptown agent equally at home in the sales and rental arenas, Jeff specializes in neighborhoods above 110th St. Being a real estate professional for Jeff means being in the business of finding people their perfect space all the while balancing location, style, and budget. He is always looking for opportunities to show people the amazing possibilities of the uptown markets. With a technology driven and thorough approach all of his clients feel excited with their purchases and satisfied that no property was left behind. As a Certified Negiotation Expert - Jeff always provides the clarity and sound advice needed to close even the hardest transactions.

With over 5 years experience in the NYC real estate arena, in 2014 Jeff represented nearly $10M in sales transactions. Jeff has successfully sold out new condo developments at 142 Edgecombe Ave and Saint Annes Court at 48 W 138th St in Central Harlem and has leased out new rental developements in Crown Heights Brooklyn, Williamsburg Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan.

Although Jeff lives north of the island of Manhattan with his wife and 2 young boys, he is still an active member of the Harlem community. Co-owning Lenox Coffee on W 129th St and supporting other small businesses in Harlem, Jeff is always in town and available. In addition to real estate, Jeff was a classical trombonist who has been employed full time with orchestras in Europe. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and an Orchestral Academy degree from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
