John Frenzer is approaching his 15th year anniversary with Halstead as a broker in New York City and now also in Montclair, NJ (to reach his New Jersey page click here).

A long-time NYC resident, John is the great-grandson of immigrants - his grandfather John Quinn was born at home on East 47th Street in 1886. Real estate became the family business. Today, John carries on a tradition of excellence with the utmost discretion in service of notable clients that include Grammy, Tony, and Academy Award winners as well as the elite of the financial services and advertising industries.

Licensed in both states, John is equally fluent in the NYC coop and condo application process and in the challenges in buying and selling large suburban luxury homes in NJ. This very rare set of qualifications was garnered from years of service and support to his client’s evolving needs.
