Johnathan's love for real estate was born out of his experiences in historic Augusta, Georgia. There, he launched a development company to transform a vacant 1860s warehouse into a new mixed-use building. From that moment on, he defined his future career path.
Today, Johnathan is a Manhattan real estate veteran and a Certified Negotiation Expert who has earned admirable success and accolades along the way, including record-setting price-per-square-foot condo sales, negotiating a co-op purchase within a weekend to accommodate visiting buyers, consistently capturing stellar return on investment and delivering multiple offers over listing price. It's no surprise that Johnathan's clients return to him again and again for their ongoing real estate needs. Prior to real estate, Johnathan excelled in the restaurant industry, branding and expanding a major chain from coast to coast. He also spent time teaching English in China and worked with the Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation researching and reviewing potential affordable housing development opportunities for those who work in entertainment. Johnathan earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is an active member of the Municipal Art Society (MAS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Center for Faith and Work (CFW).
