The ability to fully understand a client’s wants and needs has been an essential element in the growth and success of Jonathan Schulz’s real estate career. A veteran of the Louise Phillips Forbes team, he brings valuable experience in sales and client services having previously served the telecom, printing and healthcare industries for over a decade.

A native of Chicago’s northern suburbs, Jonathan moved to Manhattan’s Upper East Side and a demanding sales career quickly familiarized him with the city’s most beloved neighborhoods. It is this knowledge and deep appreciation of an urban environment along with his sincerity for helping clients that have enabled him to enjoy a seamless transition to the real estate industry. From researching a thorough market analysis to navigating the entire process of buying and/or selling a home, Jonathan is a complement to the team.

A graduate of Ithaca College in New York, Jonathan received a BS degree in Corporate Communications. He and his wife currently live in Montclair, New Jersey with their two sons Henry and Teddy.
