Kirsten was part of the Brooklyn real estate community before Brooklyn became a brand and back when Craigslist was a viable means to advertise real estate. Fifteen years ago, she started her career at a boutique firm in Boerum Hill where she found tenants for owner-occupied brownstones. Beginning in a down market gave her hustle and time to build long-lasting relationships. She has evolved with the changing markets and can offer solid advice to those whose seek it. Having gone through two townhouse renovations herself, she has a knowledge of them from the inside out. While many of the large brokerage firms were just starting to explore Brooklyn, Kirsten was already there doing deals and developing her reputation as an honest broker. She is a skilled advocate for her clients and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York as well as a distinguished New York Residential Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. Her base neighborhood is Cobble Hill but she has been spotted as far south as Bay Ridge.
