Since 2002, Kirsten’s primary focus has been on residential sales in the townhouse neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Her practical knowledge comes from being a landlord, having renovated a townhouse as well as numerous apartments, and managing several properties. REBNY identifies her as a New York Residential Specialist as she has achieved an advanced level of study and the top tier of success in sales. A skilled advocate for her clients, she is a Certified Negotiation Expert with a psychology degree from the University of Georgia.

Born in the northeast of England, her family moved to the states when she was eleven. Her Geordie accent was lost somewhere between Indiana, Maryland and Georgia but she held on to her British sense of humor. Within a month of moving to Brooklyn, Kirsten traded in her Delta flight attendant wings for a real estate license. Having lived in NYC for 21 years, in a variety of neighborhoods within three boroughs, she has chosen Cobble Bottom (the “valley" between Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill) to raise her family.

As a Halstead Helping Hands Ambassador, Kirsten gives back to her community. Whether painting a school mural, turning compost at the Red Hook Farm or cleaning up a Bronx park, her energy, enthusiasm, and passion are infectious.
