As the head of Krantz+ Krantz, Jeff makes sure his clients achieve their most optimistic real estate goals. Considered one of Manhattan’s top saleswomen for new developments, Kristin has overseen onsite sales for more than 10 successful condominium buildings in the city. With disarming enthusiasm and a calm- yet focused- negotiation style, Kristin possesses the ability to close deals which keep all sides happy.
