Lynn was born and raised in Northern California. She graduated from Iona College with a degree in accounting and began selling real estate in Pelham, New York in 1981 during one of the most difficult markets in history when interest rates were 18%! She and her husband Stuart bought Devlin McNiff in 1991. In 2011 Devlin McNiff merged with Halstead Property, the largest agency in the Tri-State area.
When not selling real estate, she has enjoyed building and renovating several homes, playing tennis, golf, bridge, yoga and walking. She is also a member of the Horticultural Alliance of the Hamptons, the Jewish Center of the Hamptons and a past Vice President of The Retreat. She has a passion for architecture and gardens.
What Lynn's Clients and Customers say about her.
"My husband and I met Lynn in the summer of 2008. It was immediately obvious to us that this was a woman who really knew her business. We have bought 4 homes and sold 3 through Lynn. We have come to rely on her sound advice and keen eye for opportunities. Lynn is tenacious and has helped us bring some very difficult transaction to fruition. Our relationship has grown from one of realtor to friend. I could not think of a better person to represent one's interest in any real estate transaction. - Telma G."Lynn Epstein has been our Realtor for the last 14 years. Through her, we have bought and sold 3 houses in East Hampton and Amagansett. She has represented us in both year round and summer rentals of these houses. Lynn is exceptionally professional, competent, personable and a joy to work with. She is our Realtor!" - Carol B. and Bill B."I have purchased three houses with Lynn Epstein and have sold two. I've known Lynn since 1973. I consider her a close friend and in addition to her friendship, I rely on Lynn for her professionalism and sound counsel. She has the highest ethical and moral standards. I'm so pleased that she is my friend and my Broker!" - Jane S.
