Lynn was born and raised in Northern California. She graduated from Iona College with a degree in accounting and began selling real estate in Pelham, New York in 1981 during one of the most difficult markets in history when interest rates were 18%! She and her husband Stuart bought Devlin McNiff in 1991. In 2011 Devlin McNiff merged with Halstead Property, the largest agency in the Tri-State area.

When not selling real estate, she has enjoyed building and renovating several homes, playing tennis, golf, bridge, yoga and walking. She is also a member of the Horticultural Alliance of the Hamptons, the Jewish Center of the Hamptons and a past Vice President of The Retreat. She has a passion for architecture and gardens.
