After studying International Politics and Journalism at the University of Helsinki, Marjo’s extensive travel throughout the United States and Europe for fashion industry trade shows resulted in her decision to make the Big Apple her home.

Resident specialist of Historic Concourse District for over a decade and foreign investor broker in Manhattan, Marjo enjoys fulfilling her client's dreams of becoming property owners, renters or sellers in New York. Her client based is strongly referred by repeat client base. Clients become part of her International family.

A true people person! Marjo made buying my first home in the Bronx a smooth and clear process. This is no small feat, as the process in NYC is more complex than elsewhere. She is respectful, honest, informative and punctual in her replies and genuinely takes an interest in your needs for a space. She lobbied on my behalf with my co-op board, with banks and the seller. If you are looking for someone who tailors service just for you, Marjo is your best bet. Most importantly, after settling in, I am still more than satisfied with my new home and neighborhood. - Nick R.
"Thanks so much for being patient and holding my hand in the mirky waters. I was lost most of the time and you showed remarkable sense of knowledge and guidance. I could have not done it without you." - Antelmo V.
"Thanks again Marjo for all your help and guidance! I couldn't have had a better broker." - Renee
“Marjo is an exceptional real estate professional whose acumen and expertise completely exceeded my expectations. Buying a home can be a stressful process, especially when moving to a new neighborhood. Marjo actually made it an enjoyable experience. When I decided to move to the Bronx, Marjo took the time to walk me around the area where I was looking to buy and explore it together. Her knowledge of the history of the neighborhood and passion for real estate are outstanding. She drove the purchase process and board application masterfully. She was always available to answer questions, was very thorough and savvy about the application procedure and, above all, always kept a friendly and warm attitude which greatly helped throughout the whole process. Marjo is an absolute joy to work with.” - Facundo F.
