"Mary Therese Baird was an absolute pleasure to work with. Therese simply went above the call of duty to find us a new home in North Jersey and ensured our transition was seamless. From her attention to detail to knowledge of the NJ housing market, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Therese provided our family key insight into the negotiating process and how to effectively market our primary residence. In fact, due to her strategy, we were able to secure the perfect home. I highly recommend Therese for all your real estate needs. You won't find a better partner in the business." – Kevin L."Therese Baird is exceptional. ‘Service, know-how, professionalism, detail-oriented, and responsiveness’ are the words that come immediately to mind when describing our experience with Therese. Thanks in a large part to her, our home selling experience was flawless. The two or three times I called/texted her, she responded within 30 seconds (with the answer I needed). Super service, super-friendly, and as I opened with: EXCEPTIONAL! Use Therese for your home selling (or buying) and you'll be very pleased." – Richard V."Therese represented us on the sale of our childhood home. We found her to be responsive and engaged. Therese was able to work with the bidders to drive value higher in a changing market, in a manner that was ethical and professional. I work regularly with investment bankers and brokers, and Therese carries my highest recommendation." – Christopher B."Therese suffered what must have been one of the most fraught residential real estate transactions ever. She maintained a fantastic attitude throughout, was always quick to offer additional help, kept in touch with the other realtor frequently, and advised us wisely on how to respond to various issues. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in North Jersey." – Christopher T."Therese treated us like family. She earned our trust by making sure we thought through how each property fit our interests, and how some didn't. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart. She was patient, honest, and thorough and kept us composed through any potentially stressful elements of our search. She knows everything about the local area and we've already recommended her to others!" – Annette M.
