Agent Profile
Gold Circle Designation 2012 (Sale Between $4 - 7 Million)
Patricia was born in NYC and raised on Long Island. Her love affair with the east end was established at a very early age while taking countless day trips to the East End with her family.
After creating and running a successful accessories design company, Patricia felt the need to design on a larger scale. She found herself drawn more to the construction and architectural aspects of design so she helped launch and became vice president of a very successful construction company building custom homes from Nassau County's Gold Coast to East Hampton. Over time, the company focused specifically, and relocated, to the East End establishing a strong relationship with Devlin McNiff, now Halstead Property for the exclusive marketing of the company projects.
Having a very sharp eye for detail, extensive experience in the construction industry and a passion for unique design, has helped Patricia work with buyers to find the distinct and unique properties they are looking, for and sellers to promote their property to its maximum potential.
Patricia believes strongly in community involvement. She is very actively involved with the Honor Flight Network which flies WWII veterans to Washington DC, free of charge, to visit their memorial. Patricia has personally accompanied hundreds of WWII veterans to DC over the past few years.
