Pat entered the real estate profession following a longstanding career in advertising. His skills in marketing, negotiating, team building, communication and organization, along with his follow through acumen, assure clients that their interests are well represented.

Pat recognizes his most important role, first and foremost, is to fully understand the needs and expectations of those who have entrusted him. Born in Montclair, Pat is a lifelong West Essex resident. His first-hand knowledge of the surrounding communities and their respective neighborhoods is invaluable. As a family man and West Caldwell homeowner, he is active in his community. Personal interests include photography, church volunteer work, downhill skiing, and playing guitar.
