Having over a decade of experience in the New York City real estate market, Peter has a well established track record of success to draw upon. Whether it be a first time purchase, a pied-a-terre, selling in order to buy, or a more traditional investment, Peter has the knowledge and experience to help his customers formulate a successful strategy to achieve their goals.

A native of Princeton, New Jersey, and a graduate of Marlboro College in Vermont, Peter went on to spend 8 years as a congressional aide on Capitol Hill before embarking on his own New York City-based entrepreneurial endeavors. His family roots go back up to three generations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

First entering the world of real estate in 2002, his background blending business and communications has translated well in solving the complexities involved with succeeding in the New York real estate market. Whether it be a sale or a purchase, Peter quickly gets to the point on the many aspects of the process in a straightforward manner and with a quick wit and an attention to detail. His great record of success is a result of his ability to listen and have respect for the idea that each client’s search is a unique undertaking, one that requires a collaborative effort.

Peter is father of two young daughters, Emily and Aileen, and currently lives on the Upper West Side, where he has been active in supporting the Riverside Montessori School and PS 333, the Manhattan School for Children.
