Susan Burris is a banker by training and an experienced real estate professional who prides herself on her keen attention to the needs of her customers. After graduating from New York University with a B.S. degree in Finance and Marketing, she began a career in the financial services industry. The bank that employed her was so impressed that they funded the entire cost of her M.B.A., which she earned at NYU while working full time. Having explored several different areas of banking, she discovered her passion for real estate, and spent a number of years lending money to real estate developers in New York City. As a testament to her strong analytical skills, hard work and high level of customer service, she rose to become a Team Leader.

Susan put her career temporarily on hold to play a more active role in the development of her two daughters and returned with renewed enthusiasm to the real estate profession. She is eager to put her skills to work and help you with all of your real estate needs, representing you as either a buyer or seller of a primary home, pied-a-terre or investment property in Manhattan. In addition, she represents sponsors and holders of unsold shares in co-ops and cond-ops.

A native New Yorker, Susan lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her husband. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Trustees of The Stephen Gaynor School, and holds a position on its Finance Committee. She also is a member of the Board of Trustees of Exponents, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals afflicted with drug addiction.
