Having emigrated from Russia with her family as a child, Zoya Litinetskaya was raised in New York and lived in Manhattan for most of her life.

With the idea of making extra income, while pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, Zoya got her real estate license when she was just 19. Never realizing such a job could turn into a full time career, she ran around, showing mostly rental apartments and exploring the island she had grown to know and love. Upon graduation, she left real estate to co-found a Special Event Planning company, which catered to the entertainment elite within the music, film, media and fashion industries.

After an enjoyable and successful 6-year run, Zoya returned to real estate and joined Halstead/Feathered Nest. As a real estate professional, Zoya draws on her experiences from running her own business whose main priority was customer service. "Designing an event, following it through from beginning to end, overcoming all the unforeseen obstacles and managing crises, required putting your client’s needs first to ensure that they achieved their goals and more. That is very similar to my role in a real estate transaction", she says.

Through the development of strong relationships and a solid reputation, Zoya generates a wide stream of referrals from satisfied high profile clientele. She is dedicated, reliable, extremely passionate about her clients, always professional and exceptionally resourceful.

Now the mother of 2 young boys, Zoya expanded her territory to include Westchester and Putnam Counties, where she lives with her husband and their dog, Koko.
