The bold geometry of the facade's grid is tempered by elegant lines and proportions. Slender light grey brick piers and spandrels delicately frame the building's array of oversized operable awning 12' by 10' warehouse-style windows. At the base, One Thirty Eight North Tenth respectfully meets the street with a base of stone that engages the eye.

A common roof terrace boasts sweeping views and is furnished with two outdoor kitchens equipped with Subzero gas grills. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment.
